PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilot operated type hydraulic circuit that can suppress generation of a surge pressure in a pilot line connecting a pressure reducing valve to the control part of a directional control valve, when operation is performed stepwise from a neutral state. SOLUTION: The hydraulic circuit is provided with a boom cylinder 1, a directional control valve 5 for the boom, pilot lines 6c, 6a guiding a pilot pressure to the control part of the directional control valve 5, a pressure reducing valve 8a supplying the pilot pressure to the pilot lines 6c, 6a, and a control lever 7. Furthermore, in the circuit, a first restrictor 13 is provided in the pilot line 6c to absorb the starting impact of the boom cylinder 1, and a bleed-off line 10 is equipped to communicate the pilot line 6a positioned between the first restriction 13 and the control part of the valve 5 to a tank 3. The bleed-off line 10 has a second restrictor 11a.
