SOLUTION: In the air conditioning method where conditioned air is blown downward from the ceiling 11 of a living space 10, warm air is blown from an air outlet 12a toward the floor surface 17 to form an air layer such that the air temperature at the lower layer part 20 in the living space 10 is higher than the air temperature at the upper layer part 19 in the living space 10. |
