PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a computer price and to increase a sales quantity by using a computer as a commercial message medium. SOLUTION: A terminal computer 1 and a screen management computer 6 which manages its screen are connected by communication using the Internet 3, etc. The terminal computer 1 is provided with a screen managing means 8 which displays company commercial messages and other messages as a background picture. The contents of the commercial messages and other messages displayed as the background picture of the terminal computer 1 are updated and managed with commands and data from the screen management computer 6. The contents of those company commercial messages and other messages can be updated only with commands of an external screen management computer which is connected through a communication means and the screen managing means 8 can not be removed from the side of the terminal computer 1.
