PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute the waiting time for each user's output among them rationally, when there are demands for output from a plurality of users A, B at the same time, by switching the users A, B alternately at every one page and outputting them in a fixed output tray. SOLUTION: When a user 10A and a user 10B made demands on the printer for printing, the data is received (S11). First, in condition I, the data of a user 10A is printed one page (S12). If the receipt page is a final page (S13), it moves into condition II. If it is not a final page, the printer prints one page of the data of a user 10B (S14). If the printed data is a final page (S15), it moves into condition III. When it moves into condition II, the printer prints one page of the data of the user 10B (S16), and finishes the printing if the printed data is a final page (S17). When it moves into condition III, the printer print one page of the data of the user 10A (S18), and finishes the printing if the printed data is a final page.
