PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a temporary bend facility, to facilitate the assembly, disassembly and removal works of a steel structure even when the steel structure is enlarged, to miniaturize even a foundation for installing the temporary bend facility, to select and utilize firm sections in a skeleton, to prevent an adverse effect on a skeleton work, to improve workability and safety without a connecting work and jack operation to the steel structure at a high place and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: The structure 5 is assembled on a field, the temporary bend facility 1 is installed rotatably on the underside of the structure 5 before the structure is built to an upper section, the leg section of the temporary bend facility 1 is fixed onto a leg-section fixing facility 7 previously disposed at the position of the arrangement of the temporary bend facility 1 in the structure 5, to which the facility 1 is mounted integrally, and the structure 5 is built at a fixed position in the upper section.
