PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a bright comfortable space by taking light into the space facing on the north, to which light in the daytime is difficult to enter, particularly a water-use space. SOLUTION: An open ceiling section 6 is installed at a section requiring illumination of a kitchen 2, and a skylight window 8 for delighting is mounted on an upper floor facing the open ceiling section 6. A window 10 right on the floor capable of taking a light from the skylight window 8 is set up the wall 4a of a bedroom 4 in the vicinity of the open ceiling section 6. An illuminator 12 is disposed to the wall 6a of the open ceiling section 6. Indirect illumination in which the light is reflected to the wall surface 6b of the open ceiling section 6 and directed towards the kitchen 2 and the bedroom 4 is conducted in the illuminator 12.
