PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a drawing and calligraphy camera part. SOLUTION: The drawing and calligraphy camera device has an attachment 11 for fall prevention fitted to a drawing and calligraphy camera part 31. The camera part 31 comprises a video camera body part 32 which picks up an image of an object, converts the picked-up video into a video signal, and outputs it, an arm 40 which has its one end side fitted to the video camera body part, and a video camera support part 33 to which the other end side of the arm 40 is fitted. The attachment 11, comprises a fitting base 12 where the video camera body part 33 is fitted detachably and fall preventive legs 13 and 14 which are provided to the fitting base 12 and prevent the video camera support part 33 from falling when the video camera support part 33 is fitted to the fitting base 12.
