SOLUTION: Downstream an electromotive expansion valve 51, the line of hot gas inlet pipes 55 and 57 connected to the discharge side of a compressor 7 is connected between refrigerant pipes 42 and 43, and also a solenoid shut off valve 59 is interposed between these hot gas introduction pipes 55 and 57. When real moisture Mr is lower than the target moisture Mt, a temperature and humidity control unit 5 outputs an open command properly to the solenoid shut off valve 59, while outputting an operation command to a freezing unit 3. Thereupon, an indoor heat exchanger 27 is supplied with hot gas discharged from the compressor 7 via the hot gas inlet pipes 55 and 57 and the refrigerant pipe 43, and the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 27 goes up sharply.
