PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit with simplified mounting structure for a termite prevention sheet on a lower face to reduce a load required for mounting. SOLUTION: A construction member 114 supporting a floor 101 is constructed between lower beams 113a forming a lower face of a framework 110 assembled into a box shape, and the termite prevention sheet 115 covering a lower face of the building unit 1 is fixed on a lower face of the construction member 114. A fixing plate 113c may be provided to be substantially flush with a lower face of the lower beam in at least a part of the lower beam 113a, a fringe part of the sheet 115 may be fixed on the fixing plate 113c, a presser 7 may be arranged by nipping the sheet 115 between the presser 7 and a construction member 2, and a fastener 8 may be driven and fixed toward the construction member 2 from above the presser 7.
