PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve inconveniences, such as stoppage of the use of bathroom and tearing-off of wall tiles to repair piping in the washing place of bathroom water/hot-water supply piping in hotels and inns, in case of a water leakage accident in the piping, thereby resulting in high repair cost, and large financial damage to commercial bathhouses, the inconveniences caused by embedded a structure of the piping system in the lining block wall of the bathroom, and to facilitate maintenance inspection and change of piping. SOLUTION: There is provided a bathroom piping system, which is constructed by laying a flexible sleeve 9 at a location between a water/hot-water supply header 8 and a faucet box 6 set within a wall 5 of the bathroom 1 for inserting an internal pipe 10 into the flexible sleeve, and connecting an elbow 11 for attaching a faucet fitting 2 in the faucet box to the internal pipe. In this bathroom piping system, a cylindrical opening 12, into which a leading end of the elbow is inserted, is formed in a single body, with a flanged 15 sheath pipe 14 being installed on the outside of a short cylindrical portion 13 which is formed integrally in the faucet box.
