PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footing and groundsill laying method for a wooden house capable of carrying out the work easily and accurately including the work for leveling the top of rising concrete for footing work which is a large bottleneck in the wooden house construction as well as subsequent process of groundsill laying even by unskilled workers, while considerably reducing the period of working time. SOLUTION: Nuts are screwed and fitted to all the anchor bolts embedded to the footing, a washer is placed on the nut, a horizontal position is determined while giving a fine adjustment for the top surface of the washer with a nut, by using a level measuring instrument, a grundsill is attached to the top of the footing, a portion where an anchor bolt is located in the gap between the footing and ground sill is used as the center position, the surrounding of 100 to 250 square mm is surrounded by a form of an elastic rubber, foamed plastics or the like, a hole is made on the surface of the outer side of the building using the form stated above, packing by ultra-high early strength mortar is injected through the hole, the form is removed after the ultra-high-early-strength mortar is hardened, and gaps between footings, other than the ultra-high early strength mortar and the groundsills are all used as underfloor vent holes in the perimeter.
