PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile auxiliary device for a press-in machine, capable of fulfilling both the supporting performance and hardleability in addition to a mobile press-in machine. SOLUTION: The mobile auxiliary device for the press-in machine comprises a wedge-shaped member 1, with its tip portion being inserted to the gap of joints 4a, 5a of sheet piles 4, 5 fitted mutually, and a frictional surface 2 having recessed and projected frictional surface 2 is formed on one surface, and the other surface is formed with a smooth slip surface 1a. The frictional surface 2 is formed to a wavy shape withstanding against retreating motion. In the mobile operation of a pipe press-in and pull-out machine, there is a state created where a slip surface is located at the existing sheet pile side of a gap of a joint between the press-in sheet pile and the existing sheet pile which are fitted each other and the frictional surface comes into contact with the press-in sheet pile side, and the sheet pile press-in and pull-out machine is retained to the press-in sheet pile and them the machine body is moved.
