PURPOSE: A method for displaying a caption window of a digital TV is provided to be capable of clearly designating a current speaker by adding/displaying direction displaying graphic fonts to the caption window in accordance with a reference point of the caption window. CONSTITUTION: In a first step, an ID of a reference point is detected from caption window data if a caption service is set. In a second step, direction displaying graphic fonts corresponding to the reference point ID are detected. In a third step, the direction displaying graphic corresponding to the detected reference point are added and displayed to the caption window. In a fourth step, caption letters are displayed on the direction displayed caption window. |
