The device for serving food consists of plates (10) with a central hole. These are threaded on to a central handle (22) which is attached at the bottom to a base (21). The plates are separated by central collars (15) with radial spokes which fit inside their rims. An independent claim is included for a method for serving hot or cold food using the device.
