PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with troublesome works and preparation such as engagement process prior to the closing works and to be installed and locked by just fitted in an opening of the wall insertion port in closing the opening face of the wall insertion port opened in a skeleton wall, etc. SOLUTION: This blind cover device is to close the opening face of the wall insertion port H for pipes in an air conditioner. A cover disk 1 covering the opening face is provided with an arc abutment piece 3 inserted into the wall insertion port H and locking/abutting on the internal circumferential face of the wall insertion port H, and a strut piece 5 swinging along the inside/outside direction of the cover disk 1 itself and elastically abutting at an acute angle to the internal circumferential face of the wall insertion port H, in its inside face. The strut piece 5 has a blade piece shape extending outward from an eccentricity position of the cover disk without extending along the radial line of the cover disk 1 itself and gradually widens the width from the tip edge 7 side toward the center side so as to be formed into an inclined operation edge 6 in slide contact with the opening inner edge face of the wall insertion port H. The slide contact part in the inclined operation edge 6 relative to the opening inner edge face of the wall insertion port H is formed into an inclined shape and corner parts crossing the inclined operation edge 6 and the tip edge 7 are formed roundly.
