PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a clogging problem of a bleed hole for a diaphragm valve for opening/closing a main valve seat caused by foreign matters in conventional various electromagnetic water feed valves of pilot valve system equipped in a home electric apparatus and to solve a problem of having no bleed hole self-cleaning device, etc., because of adopting complicated passages for increasing the fluid resistance of the passages of the bleed hole, etc., in the diaphragm valve with water hammer preventive measures. SOLUTION: The bleed hole self-cleaning device formed of a large-diameter and compressed spring body having a cleaning shaft for inserting the bleed hole is equipped in the conventional various electromagnetic water feed valves of pilot valve system and a conical inclined recessed member is connected to the cleaning shaft end.
