PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an exhaust port member mounted on a sheath during use, for resisting bending or cracking even if the member collides against a wall surface or the like when inserted into a through hole in a PC girder bridge. SOLUTION: The exhaust port member 2 mounted on the sheath 1 is partially or entirely made from rubber or elastic resin. Even if the member collides against a wall surface or the like when installed on a PC girder bridge, the impact of the collision is absorbed by the elasticity of the rubber or elastic resin to prevent cracking or breaking loss.
