SECRET KEY GENERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cipher communication system by ID-NIKS which allows entities to safely share a key at a high speed and is high. SOLUTION: When a secret key characteristic of each entity is generated by using respective divided pieces of specific information obtained by dividing specific information of the entity into blocks and a secret symmetric matrix for each center 1, some components of the symmetric matrix are taken out according to the respective divided pieces of specific information and a random number characteristic of the entity is put together with the taken-out components to generate the secret key characteristic of the entity.
