PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that quite a few of mandhous and inspection times is required because one sheet of pseudo-module is changed N-times in slots in the prior art to inspect a board having the plural slots. SOLUTION: In the electrical inspection for the board, this system is provided with a slot selecting circuit 4 for selecting one of the plural slots in order, circuits 14-21 for repeating address signals distributed to the slots by a data signal width to be returned back to a data signal line, a pseudo-module 1A for receiving a corresponding inspection object slot determining signal(RCS), 1/N check signal of a slot selecting signal line and N-number of slot selecting signal from a pseudo-module 2A to drive fully/partially outputs of the circuits 14-21 in response to the normality/error of the received 1/N check and the N-number of slot selecting signal values when judged as the inspection object slot, and the pseudo-module 2A for receiving the slot selecting signal and for conducting the 1/N check, to output a result thereof and inspection object slot determination fixed to the specified slot in the error. |
