PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor information concerning the quantity of electricity of electric apparatuses and execute management corresponding to a specified level. SOLUTION: In a plurality of load parts 3, a current transformer 5 and a transformer 6 are installed in cable ways 21, 22 connecting a incoming part 2 for taking in a power source of the load part 3 with the load part 3. An operation processing part 7 operates the quantity of electricity on the basis of signals of the current transformer 5 and the transformer 6. A display part 8 displays output information of the operation processing part 7. A demodulation part 15 delivers the output information to a high order control unit through the cable way 21 by a power line carrier system. The control unit demodulates and displays the output information with a demodulation part 215. |
