PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which contents stored in a memory cannot be read out easily by a third party in a semiconductor integrated device incorporating a memory. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a memory 11 for storing data in a region corresponding to a specified address, a storing means 19 for storing data inputted from the outside, operation means 13-16 for performing operations using data outputted from a memory and data from the storing means, a signal processing circuit 18 for outputting an address signal for specifying the address of a memory and performing signal processing on the basis of an operation result of an operation means obtained by using data corresponding to a specified address, a selecting means 12 for selecting either an address signal outputted from a signal processing circuit or an address signal for testing inputted from the outside and supplying the signal to a memory conforming to a test mode switching signal inputted from the outside to switch a normal operation mode or a test mode, and an output means 17 for outputting data outputted from the signal processing circuit or data outputted from the operation means to the outside. |
