PURPOSE: A lubrication material coating method on the surface of a sliding element, the lubrication substance having the abrasion wear, is provided to prevent the scattering of powder when carrying out the coating and obtain stable orientation of the powder, thereby increasing the adhesive force with respect to a basic material to have stable lubrication effect for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A coating method for lubrication substance having the abrasion wear on the surface of a sliding element includes the steps of dispersing lubrication substance into a dispersion medium formed of a volatile solvent and a surface active agent to spray on the surface of an object to be coated, wherein the lubrication substance is one or more selected from WS2, WSe2, MOS2, graphite, and elements belonging to the fifth and seventh groups in the periodic table and has a particle size of 1micrometer or less.
