PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate correct position at medical treatment in the treatment room. SOLUTION: Although beam was attenuated by installing an attenuator in a low energy beam transport system in the past, an attenuator 9 (making beam pass through by making a pinhole on a cutoff plate cutting the beam off) is installed to a high-energy beam transport system, and attenuate the strength of beam (number of charged particles or current value) without lowering the beam energy. The attenuated beam becomes to have the same orbit center as the orbit center of full beam, and confirmative irradiation is done before the medical treatment by this beam. On the occasion of full beam radiation at medical treatment, it is enabled to have a radiation with high-accuracy because the obit of full beam becomes equal to the beam orbit adjusted by the attenuated beam beforehand.
