PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit capable of ensuring the cushioning property even in a floor structure provided with a lightweight cellular concrete plate. SOLUTION: Adjacent lightweight cellular concrete plates 31 are mutually connected by mutually fitting a recessed part 34 and a projecting part 35 provided in mutually opposing end parts, respectively. The recessed part 34 and the projecting part 35 are mutually joined by an elastic adhesive 40 which is coated on a holding face 34A of the recessed part 34 and a holding face 35A of the projecting part 35 and is provided between the holding face 34A and a loading face 35B and between the holding face 35A and a loading face 34B, respectively. Each lightweight cellular concrete plate 31 can be bent independently for a vertical load, thereby ensuring the cushioning property even in the floor structure 30 provided with the lightweight cellular concrete plate 31.
