PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a housing and a bracket of an actuator of a valve device used for a vehicular exhaust brake system and a warming-up system, having a simple structure, capable of reducing the number of part items, being excellent in assembling performance and capable of reducing a cost. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 35d is arranged in a peripheral edge part of a hole 35c for penetrating an output rod 37 of the actuator 36 formed on the bracket 35 of the valve device 31. The cylindrical part 35d is formed in a peripheral edge part of a central hole 42b arranged in a shell 42 of the actuator 36 so as to be rolled in over the outside surface side from the inside surface side. The bracket 35 and the shell 42 of the actuator 36 are integrally joined.
