PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the problems that the length of whole distributing wire of circuit such as a telephone line laid between the terminal equipments become longer because they are connected into star shape and that data transfer between the terminal equipments can not be operated normally because impedance change by the length of distributing wire of circuit such as a telephone line which is laid between the plural terminal equipments developed in the field. SOLUTION: The terminal equipment improved that the length of whole distributing wire of circuit between the terminal equipments can be shortened by connecting the terminal equipment into ring shape and that data transfer can be operated according to the state of laying by measuring the possible transmission rate of circuit, and by detecting fault of the terminal equipment and transmission circuit, after having laid.
