PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autohandler capable of reducing the size with a small number of actuators. SOLUTION: The autohandler 1 horizontally carrying an integrated circuit 32 for testing from a supply containing position P1 to a measuring position P2, has a main shaft 10 driven to be rotated around a vertical rotary shaft CL, and in the autohandler one or more hands 13 are connected around a main shaft freely rotatably with the shaft and freely movably up and down, part holders 19 and 19a are provided freely attaching and detaching integrated circuit parts on the hand and moving blocks 27a, 31a and 31b where a guide plane is horizontally formed are provided freely movably to drive up and down in the constitution. Since the integrated circuit parts 32 are carried horizontally from the supply containing position P1 to the measuring position P2 in a way rotated around a rotating shaft CL by the main shaft 10, only a drive motor 11 for rotating and driving the main shaft 10 is enough as an actuator for horizontally carrying the integrated circuit parts so that the constitution of the autohandler can be simplified.
