PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a function of 'parking equipment rented to time' for putting vehicles in/out quickly and a function of 'parking equipment rented by monthly contract' capable of parking a great number of vehicles without generating noise. SOLUTION: A vertical circulating type parking equipment TP storing a plurality of cars in car cages 5 suspended from the main chain 4 circulating in up-down direction in a building 7, a lifting type parking equipment EP constituted so as to store cars 16 in a multi-stage parking racks arranged along a lift passage 12 for carrying cars 16 by a lift cage 13 rising the lift passage 12 in up-down direction formed inside the building 11, coupling openings 19 for passing cars 16 are installed in the first floor portions of both the parking equipment TP, EP, and the vertical circulating type parking equipment TP and the lifting type parking equipment EP are connected longitudinally so as to connect both the coupling openings 19, and the cars 16 can be put in and out from a vehicle putting in/out port 20 installed on the first story to both the parking equipment TP, EP.
