PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input filtering stage and a method thereof so as to filter data stream supplied through an input line, while minimizing the complexity of a circuit in relative to input filtering stage. SOLUTION: Provided are a first register (1A) in a register chain (1) of which signal input is connected to an input line (2), a clock input for a plurality of registers (1A, 1B, 1C) connected to each clock line (3) which is used to forward a sampling signal (T) at a higher sampling frequency than the maximum data forwarding frequency, and a switching device connected to the register chain (1) which can switch a output line (9) to a theory level of output signal of a plurality of registers (1A, 1B, 1C) when the output signals produced at each signal output of a plurality of registers (1A, 1B, 1C) are at a theory level. |
