PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease noises in reproducing signals and to obtain good storage reliability in an optical recording medium having a reflection layer, recording layer and light-transmitting substrate laminated in this order on the surface of a supporting body. SOLUTION: The optical recording medium is produced by laminating an intermediate layer 10 consisting of an amorphous material, a reflection layer 5 consisting of a polycrystalline material, a recording layer 4 and a light- transmitting substrate 2 in this order on a supporting substrate 20. The medium is used by allowing the recording light and reproducing light to enter through the light-transmitting substrate 2. |
