PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor manufactured with an allowable machining precision while securing a high acceptance rate and materializing a cut of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A stator 10 having its field winding 10a, driving magnets 9 interfacing with the field windings 10a in its inner side of periphery, retaining member 16 holding the driving magnets 9, and a rotor supported through a bearing 5 and free to rotate against the stator 10 are provided. The retaining member 16 has tongue shaped strips 16a each of which is made cut and raising by press machining at an inner side position of disc plate of magnetized material at a given interval. Each inner peripheral surface 9a of the driving magnet 9 is supported by the tongue shaped strip 16a and the flat surface 9b of the driving magnet 9 is covered by a edge surface part 16c between the tongue- shaped strip 16a at the outer side of periphery.
