PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an image of high quality can not be outputted while the handling of the image and storage capacity are reduced. SOLUTION: This system has a compressing means which compresses inputted image data, a generating means which generates flag data showing features of an image corresponding to the image data from the image data, a data generating means which generates compressed flag data from the flag data, an image data storage means which stores the compressed image data, a flag storage means which stores the compressed flag data, and an output means which obtains and compresses the compressed image data and flag data from the image data storage means and flag data storage means and then outputs the image data and flag data unfrozen by pixels to a printer part.
