PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a reinforcing wall of an inner wall by simple work as a countermeasure for concrete falling in a tunnel. SOLUTION: A segment 10 is of a cast iron made rectangular shape having a curvature R along a tunnel inner wall 3 and is furnished with a cross-section wedge shape projected streak 17 on the upper side and a groove 18 on the lower side. A projection 19 is provided on the left side and a cutout 20 is furnished on the right side. A lightening hole 22 is provided on the inside of a rectangular frame 11 to divide a peripheral edge of the segment. The projected streak of the segment on the lower side is received in a goove of the segment on the upper side and is engaged with it, and one row of reinforcing walls to cover the inwall 3 is formed as the above is sequentially repeated. At this time, it is possible to engage the segment on the upper side with the lower side only be sliding it in the tunnel longitudinal direction. The reinforcing walls after the second row are formed in the same way, and the segments adjacent to each other between the row are assembled as the projections and the cutouts are engaged with each other, and rigidity is improved.
