<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exfoliating a ceramic green sheet, without damaging it, even when the adhesive strength of a green sheet to a carrier film is high, and exfoliating the ceramic green sheet and the carrier film even with a relatively small stroke. SOLUTION: A method includes fixing a carrier film 1, on top of which a ceramic green sheet 2 is formed on a level block 10, cutting a ceramic green sheet 2 with a cutting head 20 having a cutting edge 21, and a cutting head 20 which absorbs a cut green sheet piece 2a is raised. The method also includes starting of suction of a carrier film 1 inside the cut part, peeling of a green sheet piece 2a advances from the perimeter toward the center, and finally, peeling of the center parts of the green sheet piece 2a and the carrier film 1.</p> |
