PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the communication time and the cost of route guidance information and to enhance the execution rate of a route guidance operation when a communication is interrupted. SOLUTION: In a guidance original-information generation part 25, a plurality of information elements are read out from an information data storage part 23 so as to be extracted, and guidance original information is generated. In a guidance actual-information generation part 26, the guidance original information is reconstituted into a plurality of pieces of guidance original information in which at least one information element is contained. Guidance actual information which is generated by this reconstitution is transmitted sequentially toward an on-vehicle machine 30 from a radio communication part 27. Even when a route guidance operation by one piece of guidance actual information cannot be performed due to the interruption of a communication, the route guidance operation is performed on the basis of another piece of guidance actual information. |
