PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state EC mirror with improved corrosion resistance of a reflective metal film. SOLUTION: In the solid-state electrochromic mirror, an ITO transparent electrode film 24 and an EC element 31 consisting of three layers of an anode compound film 26, a solid electrolyte film 28 and a cathode compound film 30 are successively formed on one surface (on the back face to the incident side of light) of a glass substrate 22. Then a high reflection metal material film 32 and high corrosion-resistant metal film 33 are successively laminated thereon. Since the high reflective metal material film 32 is covered with the high corrosion-resistant metal 33 to enhance the preventing effect against corrosion by intrusion of external water, the offset width 22b can be decreased and the effective viewing field 22a can be increased.
