PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber coupling optical system that lowers no utilization factor of the light when a laser welding is used in connecting a semiconductor laser holder and an optical fiber holder. SOLUTION: The optical fiber holder is put through a thin sheet, laser-welded and fixed on the semiconductor laser holder.
