摘要 PURPOSE: Cooling structure of a core is provided to reduce a fault rate of products remarkably and to shorten a cooling cycle time through efficient cooling by forming a cooling water path on a core regularly in a free form including a bending portion for efficient heat exchanging. CONSTITUTION: To bond a core with a coating core(10) and an insert core(20), plural cooling water paths(30) including bending portions are formed on each upper bonding surface of the coating core and the insert core. The core is formed at the coating core and the insert core respectively to form the cooling water paths on the bonding surfaces of the core by milling process. The shape of the cooling water path is bent freely depending on the shape of the core. The coating core is bonded with the insert core having the cooling water path on a side of the coating core or the insert core to promote efficient heat exchanging between the core and molding material(2). A core is formed with the cooling water path having shape corresponding to the core. Therefore, the cooling efficiency is enhanced and cooling cycle time is shortened.
