PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device which will not cause nonuniformity in light-receiving sensitivity. SOLUTION: In a solid-state image pickup device, which has condensing lenses for condensing incident light and a photoelectric conversion element for converting the light condensed by the lenses into an electrical signal and is provided with a plurality of pixels, each of the pixel being constituted into a structure such that the optical axes of the condensed lights coincide with the center of gravity of the light-receiving part of the photoelectric conversion element.
