<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type air conditioner in which when fresh air temperature is low upon heating operation, evaporation of a refrigerant is promoted with a heat source that does not require any cost and hence a heating heat amount is kept satisfactory. SOLUTION: There are coupled in series through a first conduit a compressor, a four-way valve, an indoor heat exchanger, a cooling pressure reducing mechanism, a heating pressure reduction mechanism, an indoor heat exchanger, and a four-way valve. The four-way valve and the compressor are coupled with each other through a suction tube whereby a refrigerant is circulated upon heating operation. Further, a second conduit is coupled with an inlet side of the four-way valve of the first conduit and an outlet side tube of the outdoor heat exchanger upon the heating operation. There is provided a refrigerant circuit for circulating oppositely the refrigerant upon cooling operation, and there are further provided a condensation section of a heat pipe group and an evaporation section on a fresh air suction side of the outdoor heat exchanger and on a solar heat concentrator of the heat source without requiring any cost. When upon heating operation fresh air temperature is low, the evaporation section of the heat pipe group is heated with the heat source to evaporate a working fluid filled in the heat pipe, which dissipates heat at the condensation section and is supplied to the outdoor heat exchanger.</p> |
