PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual information management device and an individual information distribution method in which information managed within individual enterprises/organs can be updated by a single operation through a network without the need of separate procedures in the enterprises/organs or the like at the time of individual information change due to moving or the like. SOLUTION: An end user transmits the data of an updating request from a personal computer 21 to an individual information management server 11 trough the Internet 41. The individual information management server 11 specifies the information management source organization on the basis of the information stored in a data base 12, on the basis of an instruction sent from the personal computer 21 or on the basis of inputted address information, edits updating information distribution data by formats corresponding to respective distribution destinations and distributes the data through the network or the like to the computer of the pertinent information management source organization.
