PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the device which measures the degree of progress with the design and development of software based on the values of plan and accomplishment that have previously been fixed under manual control, fails to measure enough the degree of perfection and quality of the product, and has no accuracy to analyze the burden on managers and workers. SOLUTION: The newly invented device helps to measure the degree of the progress and the degree of perfection of the basic specifications, the specification and the like about the design and development of software in an accurate and objective manner by automatically measuring finished products and products which are in manufacturing process. |
