PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead out a multi-terminal net capable of wiring and including no redundant route at a high speed without any route searching processing. SOLUTION: In order to automatically generate the net of N terminals (N is an integer of >=3), the connection data of (N-1) terminals satisfying the given design rule of a packet are inputted as initial data and then a 2-terminal net generation processing is executed with the terminal group of a wiring start point and the terminal group of an N-th terminal which is a net generation object as objects while neglecting the terminal groups in the middle. Then, a provisional net is generated by synthesizing the initial data and the executed result of the 2-terminal net generation processing and the provisional net is corrected so as to satisfy the design rule of the package. Thus, the net of the N terminals is automatically generated.
