PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control system by which a developer is prevented from infiltrating into the space between a motor shaft and a bearing and also toner or foreign matters stuck to a developer circulating pump is automatically removed. SOLUTION: The developer circulating pump 1 is equipped with a DC motor 2 and a gear box 3, and has the motor shaft 4 being the rotary shaft of the DC motor 2, an internal gear 7 provided on the base of the gear box 3 and rotating interlocked with the rotation of the motor shaft 4, an external gear 8 meshed with the gear 7, a developer suction port 9, a developer discharge port 10 where the developer sucked from the suction port 9 is carried by the rotation of the gears 8 and 7, an oil seal 6 equipped with a hollow part through which the motor shaft 4 pierces and preventing the developer from infiltrating into the bearing 5 while coming into contact with the part of the upper surface of the gear 7 immersed in the developer and the bearing 5 provided corresponding to the motor shaft 4 at the part from the upper surface of the gear box 3 to the seal 6 in the gear box 3.
