SOLUTION: This device is provided with a limit switch for taking two states of departure and stopping by a stopping departure operation lever or an automatic stopping lever. Oiling is stopped when the limit switch is switched to stopping from departure. Fuel supply to the diesel engine is stopped after a specific time to stop the diesel engine of the motor vehicle.
