METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CIPHERING PUBLIC KEY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device to enable strict user authentication at a court even when there is a dispute about whether or not a key is genuine by providing a superior means for user authentication which prevents forgery for a public key ciphering system. SOLUTION: Cells sampled from a user by an organism information sampling agency are used to extract discrimination information of DNA as organism information and measures a frequency of repetition of a specific pattern of a specific base array obtained from a specific examination position, a code sequence (x) is generated, and the bioinformation (x) is embedded in parts of a secret key and an open key at the stage of registration and recorded on an IC card, which is issued to the user. When strict user authentication is performed, an organism information processor installed at a court is used to collate organism information generated from sampled cells with the data on the IC card for certification.
