PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a cipher code by using reverse calculation of a logistic map even when neither a ciphering table nor deciphering table is available without altering the basic concepts and constitution of chaos block ciphering, and to generate a deciphering code by using forward calculation. SOLUTION: The chaos block ciphering is composed of a database of ciphering keys, a ciphering table, and a deciphering table. The ciphering table is a time series that are given quantum sections that are eventually linear, but rises a part time series distributed to degenerated quantum boxes as the ciphering table. Consequently, ciphering comparable to the case of using the ciphering table is possible by using the reverse calculation of the logistic map even when not having the ciphering table in the form of a database. Similarly, the forward calculation of the logistic map is usable for the deciphering table.
