PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make excellent cleaning property and reduction of driving resistance compatible by changing a fixing form of a liner to an inner surface of a shell. SOLUTION: A magnetic disk media 4 of a disk shape is rotatably accommodated in a case C which is composed by joining an upper shell 1 to a lower shell 2 and has window parts 10, 11. When the liner 5 is fixed to each inner surface of the sells 1, 2 facing the magnetic disk media 4, the liner 5 can bring a free part 5a being a part thereof into contact with a surface of the magnetic disk media 4 by separating from the inner surface of the shell, a downstream side to a rotation direction D of the media is cut in an approximately radial direction to be provided at a free end and at least a point of the free part 5a is fixed to the inner surfaces of the shells 1, 2 in a spot shape.
