PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom suction type forcible air cooler for an air filter easy to be inserted or removed by reducing a maintenance cleaning time, man- hours and loss from division of the filter. SOLUTION: The bottom suction type forcible air cooler comprises a suction port 1 at its bottom, a cable inlet 8 provided at the center of this side, and an air filter 9 easy to be inserted or removed. In this case, the filter has a single frame 9a for integrally coupling two filter material supports 9c for separating to the right and left sides at a central coupling part 9d, and elastically deformable two filter materials 9b for forming a gap G, corresponding to the inlet between a bent part 9e and the part 9d and supported to the two supports, in a state in which ends 9f of the part 9e projected to the center side of the frame 9a from the two supports 9c. The thicknesses of the superposed ends 9f of the part 9e are reduced, so as to be equal to that of the one of the materials 9b.
