<p>The two cutters are mounted on a base (1) so that they can be orientated by pivoting. One of the cutters (4) is fixed in relation to lateral movement whilst the other (11) can move, in a straight line by the operation of a cranked handle (9), to accommodate the various sizes of the slates. A guide (6) allows for the manipulation and guidance of the slate.</p> |
